  1. G’day Jake, I particularly like the first quote 😉 Are these photo’s all yours? If so… very impressive! I don’t remember asking this before… What combination of stuff are you shooting them with?… Thanks for another thought provoking post… Chris

    • Hi Chris,
Yeah I took all the photos on this blog, it’s good fun especially the macro ones. It takes a lot of patience too!
I play around with my Panasonic GH2 and use a few combinations of lenses/adapters that I’ve been collecting.
      Similar to what Mark uses:

      • Wow! Marks’ stuff is amazing… I really must make some time to dig out the macro lens and play 😉

  2. Hey Jake, Are you still alive? I often wonder how things are in your world… any updates?… Chris xox

  3. How about now… still alive? 😉

    • Still going strong Chris! Moved onto an acreage up the blackall range. Sure is keeping us very busy working on getting the food forest established!

      • Good to hear you’ve got some land now… I lived at Nambour for a few years in the early 80’s when my Dad was the Salvation Army Officer at the corps there… I’m pretty sure we used to go up to Montville for the carols each year (if not it was Maleny)…
